Due to expansion, we are looking for a few dedicated DSP's who can work with and assist our clients who have intellectual and physical disabilities.

Join our team of caring, compassionate  caregivers who feel the reward and inner satisfaction of working with and helping individuals who have intellectual and physical disabilities.

We will train and guide you to certification as a Certified Medication Technician  (CMT).

The State of Maryland Department of Developmental Disabilities requires that you be 21 years old.

Chesterwye requires (at our expense):

      1.)  Physical Examination

      2.)  T.B. test

      3.)  Criminal background check

      4.)  Valid drivers license

      5.)  Driving record check

      6.)  Drug test

      7.)  Previous employment record check

      8.)  Basic math & reading test
